Below our the applicable return, refund, and shipping policies.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your request, send an email to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line, together with the proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after it has been approved by email. During peak periods the approval may take up to 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Shipping

We provide two shipping rates, as well as a free shipping. We ship to all EU Countries, as well as the United Kingdom and Norway. Upon special request, shipping to other places can be organized.

Regular Shipping – Delivery in 3-6 Business Days
Express Shipping – Delivery in 1-3 Business Days
Free Standard Shipping – Delivery 3-6 Business Days

Regular Shipping is €6.00 per order, up to 2 products. When ordering more than 2 products, only Express Shipping is available.

Express Shipping is €12.00 per order, for any quantity of products.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over €100.00, or with a valid coupon or promotion.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you may vary.

Products are made-to-order and are dispatched within 48hours of when the payment is received. Delivery times are calculated after the dispatch.
